The Bloom Classic - Hotel and Bistro

What I love about the place is the personnel. Their very helpful especially Ngoc who facilitated our check in and her colleague Thuy. But I will commend most specially the girl at night shift up to 6 am. I don't know if I will spell her name correct. She's Thaw or Tao or Taw. She is very helpful in recommending places to explore and eat in Hanoi. I would like to mention the girl at the dining area every morning. She is very friendly. Her name is Ain. I hope I am correct also. Thank you very much and thank you ROOM 803

My room. It was an apartment. It was very comfortable. It had everything I needed and if it did not then the reception staff found it for me. They provided a bedside lamp so I could read in bed. I was unwell while staying at Bloom. The kitchen prepared special lemon, ginger and honey drinks for me. I appreciated that

The staff is superb . Helpful , attentive and caring . English is spoken well . Strongly recommend .

Breakfast was fine & enough.
